If you got a Connectis eRecognition token but do not have the Connectis Management module yet, you can arrange amendments by using the following change forms. We would like to inform you that the change forms are all in Dutch. If you have questions please contact us via the contact page.

Activation letter

If you lost your activationcode or if it has expired, you can apply for a new one. Choose the level of insurance below.

OTP responder

Apply for a new OTP responder.

It´s nog possible to login with an OTP responder if you have an eRecognition account that has a lower level of insurance than EH2+.

If you cannot login with your eRecognition account on EH1 or EH2, please apply for a new activationletter.
