eRecognition: Secure logins for enterprises

eRecognition is a standardised login system that makes it easy for entrepreneurs to log in at any organisation affiliated to eHerkenning.

eRecognition is like DigiD, but used for businesses. The affiliated organisations include many Government agencies, but a range of private-sector service providers also make use of the platform to enable online access.

With eRecognition, there’s no hassle: a single digital key is all you need for doing business quickly and efficiently.

eRecognition level of assurance and prices

Each of the organisations whose systems you can access using eRecognition decides what level of security to have on its website. It’s therefore important to know which eRecognition assurance level you require. You can select from the list of assurance levels below, or you can go to our full price list. Read more

Looking for an easy way to manage all your eRecognition tokens?

The Connectis Control Module is what you need.

The Control Module is an online portal for centralised management of all your own authorisations and those of your staff. You can add, amend, cancel, suspend, activate or renew authorisations.

Your Control Module administrator needs to have an assurance level of EH2+ or higher.

Want to upgrade or amend your account?

If you got a Connectis eRecognition token but do not yet have a Connectis Management module, you can arrange amendments using amendment forms. For example, you can request a new activation letter, amend data and/or add users.

Frequently asked questions

The organisation whose service you want to access decides the level of assurance for the service they provide and therefore what eRecognition token you need. For example, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) requires assurance level 3 for logins.

A government agency will usually say which level of assurance is required to access their services. For a full list of government agencies and the assurance levels they require, visit www.eherkenning.nl.

You can change the authorisations yourself within the Connectis Control Module. If you don’t have a Connectis Management module, you can ask us to change the authorisations by submitting an amendment form. The amendment forms are available on this page.

Your eRecognition token is linked to your Chamber of Commerce number. So, if your Chamber of Commerce number changes, we have to repeat all the registration checks. You therefore need to submit a fresh application with your new Chamber of Commerce details. You’ll also need to cancel the Connectis eRecognition token linked to your old Chamber of Commerce number. You can send in the cancellation and the fresh application together, then we can process both at the same time.
