Secure and reliable electronic signing
Signing your digital documents. Simple, easy, safe.
Connectis Signing makes completing formal documents quicker and easier than ever. With Connectis Signing, electronic documents can be securely endorsed by one or more signatories in a legally valid way.
Why enable digital signing?
A contract isn't legally valid until it's been signed by everyone involved.
However, traditional signing involves all the signatories being in the same place at the same time. Or a hard copy of the contract has to be sent to each signatory in turn.
Electronic signatures are practical and legally valid. Digital documents can be circulated quickly, conveniently and with a low carbon footprint. Last-minute changes can be made without the need to print a new hard copy and repeat the whole physical circulation process. And going electronic doesn’t affect legal validity at all. It’s simply a quicker and more efficient route to binding contract completion.
